Almost bough 20114 w 49niles, need help
So no nothing about this model I accidentally stumbled on a dealership that had 1 CPO 49K miles "Premium package for 31,000 year 2011
It seemed to have everything I want, navigation, etc... without the air suspension (I plan to have the car for 10 years).
My dissapointment was the sound system. I did not think a non-mark levinson system would sound this bad. It sounded like something in a totyota corolla.
I asked this if this was normal and dealership said yes.
So, it is possible to get ML Audio Package WITHOUT the air suspension? Lexus dealership told me no

I don't think you can have the ML audio in the base model. If you are very much concerned about the audio, go for the suspension or Luxury model. but you can't get it for 31k CPO with 49k miles on it.

The ML on the RX/GX is not that great either.
I did a comparison before, and a JBL set up on a Toyota sounds better.
the problem is the placement of the speakers at the back and the huge trunk space.
the ML on a sedan like an LS460/GS350 sounds better too.
If you're really concern about the sound, hust upgrade them.
put decent speakers, amplifier, a powered subwoofer etc.

Check the sounds settings, base, treble, DSP etc. It sounds much better with a little tuning and adjustment.
If you listened to FM, the HD radio may have been off.
The satellite reception is poor compared to my VW. Many more drops.

You might want to have your radio or antenna checked, mine doesn't drop out and neither did my 2010.
