Default Changing brake pads...

Is there a DIY for brake pad removal? I'm changing the brake pads but can't get the two sliding pins to slide out from the caliper. I've unhooked the two separate skinny pins that lock into the sliding pins. Then tried to grab sliding pins with a puller but no luck. Tried googling, but again, no luck.

For a 2013 Lexus GX 460

Fixed, the two pins are rusted or corroded. Figured it out when I tried the front passenger side; those slid out much easier. Just have to figure out if an auto parts store sells those pins without having to go to the dealership.
The pin part number: 4773560300
"PIN, WITH HOLE (FOR DISC BRAKE PAD, FRONT)"

dont you have to remove caliper by undoing the 2 bolts behind and then push the pistons back in for new pads to fit? I havent done these kind of brakes yet, but usually i also replace the rotor as well with any new set of pads.

The calipers do not need to be removed. You can easily push the pistons back in once the pads are removed.

Regarding the old slide pins, you can sand those down and reuse them. Make sure to cover them in brake grease or anti-sieze.
