Default Mud flaps

Anyone remove their mud flaps? Can't tell if the GX will look better without.

Default Mud Flaps

They are there for a reason. They keep mud and stone chips off of the paint on the lower back panel. I would think that would look much worse then the mud flaps themselves.

Good point. Just curious if others removed them but tecman answered that question pretty clearly.

I'd leave them on, too susceptible to rock chips with them off. Tecman-what year is your GX? I don't think mine (2014) have the painted part on them like yours.

I have a 2011. It does look like an option on 2014+.

Yes, the flaps really help a lot. I removed mine but reinstalled them after a few days due to rocks and other debris in the road.
