Try Spidertrax
Spidertrax makes some specifically for Toyota/Lexus hub-centric applications. A lot of people on the 4runner forums use them. You could also try Baer. The recent 4WD ToyotaOwner Magazine has them listed as a new item. Baer is known for their brakes, so I trust that they will make a quality wheel spacer.

Tecman,
Thank you for sharing your before and after pictures. It does give the GX a broader stance. However, how does it feel when driving? Has your turning radius increased? What about gas mileage (up, down, no change)? Any weird noise, etc.? Have you noticed more dirt on the body now that the wheels are spaced farther out?

I left the shop and drove 5 miles before I took the after pictures. I will report back if I feel any difference.

I'm curious if you'll see a lot more rock chips with the wider stance. I'd have to think so, especially with a dark colored GX.
Make sure you re-torque those wheels down after a few miles. New rims and spacers sometimes loosen up quite a bit after the first 50-100 miles.

I have driven quite a bit recently and I have not noticed any performance difference.
I love the look when I walk up to my GX now.

I don't know the offset so I stopped by my wheel shop today. The rep said they wouldn't have that on record since they were custom made for my truck so he called his vendor.
The vendor said the same thing and he said a 22x9 wheel will typically have a 15-20mm offset (I guess only DUB knows the exact answer).
So here is what I do know,
22x9 DUB X58
TOYO PROXES 265/40VR22 106V

Nice job. This helps - some. I am contemplating whether to leave my stock wheels on, get bigger tires and spacers. Or just get new wheels/tires.
Anyone tried spacers on stock with larger tires to boot?
