Can you please tell me what packages you have and how much you paid for it. I am trying to buy a 2014 GX with comfort package and a tow hitch.

Thanks
Srinivas

Congrats and welcome! Please be more specific as to why you feel the GX doesn't do well in the snow.

I have found this winter that my GX does better in the snow than my 4Runner or Sequoia did and much better than my wife's Benz with 4Matic. I live on a very steep hill ( everyone does in WV, LOL) and have been very pleased so far. I have not spun a tire in the snow and the downhill assist worked like a charm.

Welcome and congratulations. My GX 460 doesn't handle as well as my 2009 X5 did, but it's much better in the snow than my X5. What tires are on your GX 460?

Hello and welcome!

Tires are a huge factor driving on certain surfaces. Also certain road conditions may require you to lock your center-differential so you will get nearly 50/50 to the front and rear wheels instead of 30/70 that is the default driving mode on your GX. Refer to your owners manual for more information : )
