Would like to install 265 65 18 TA KOs on my soon to be delivered 14 (with f sort wheels). Only option is e rated and they weigh in at 56 lbs a piece vs the 35 or so OEM. I had the TA KOs on my 470 years back and really liked them but do not recall the size or rating of those. Anyone have experience running a heavy e rated tire on a 460? Curious about ride quality and mpg hit.

"E" is way too much for your GX. They will ride very hard and you'll never need that heavy of a tire for anything you can or would want to do with a GX. I put a E rated tire on my Tahoe and took them off within a month, way too hard of a ride.

A member on this forum installed E-rated LTX MS/2 (search) but these were not as aggressive as BFGs you're looking at.
