does anyone know what the best way is to take them out?

I am sure i could figure it out, but if someone has already done it, that would be some help.

I would rather not take off the whole bumper.

I am replacing them with led driving lights.

Just replace the bulbs with these;

They look great and match the OEM HIDs pefectly and they are on sale. You can't even get a good pair of quartz bulbs for that price. (I'll post a pic later)
