wow sliders and front and rear bull guards/skid plates. how do i get these?

I am sorry guys, but this is far from OEM Lexus stuff. Even for Russia. These are just some Kulibin inventions to put on Lexus. They do this with every car. (Kulibin is a Russian nickname for Jack of all trades)
I actually found this forum by looking for some GX mods. Ok, I know I might be spamming now, but I have found these guys in Scottsdale (my city), and I really like their grills. I got one for my wife's GX460, looks very Beyonce =))
