Our first Lexus
Recently purchased a 2014 GX 460 with 19800 miles, mostly for my wife. It is a base model, no frills. I have added a pair of extra 12v outlets and a CB radio. The truck is Tungsten Pearl, has Navigation system and the tow package. So far we have taken one trip, 2500 miles, no problems. I'll be around but probably won't post too often. Thanks for having me in the group.

New 2015 GX 460 Claret Mica/Ecru
Hi.
We just picked up our brand new 2015 GX 460 Luxury in Claret Mica and Ecru.
It has Drivers Assist, Preferred Accessory Package, Remote Start, All Weather Mats, Chrome Exhaust, and Tow Hitch.
15 miles on the ODO when we took delivery.
So far, it is wonderful. Ordered Weathertech mats and cross bars for it as well.
Here are a few shots of her in the next few posts.

Hello everyone. I'm new to Lexus after trading my wife's 2015 Tahoe LTZ for a 2014 CPO GX460 from Sewell in Dallas, TX. Made the drive back to Memphis, TN and have to say I'm pretty impressed with the truck. I'm a Porsche guy (Cayenne Turbo S and Carrera S), so I'm used to something much sportier, but I'll have to say the comfort of the GX was unreal.

Luxury Package
Mark Levinson
Rosen Tvs in headrests
I use the forums to gain as much knowledge as possible and to help others when I become more well versed. Just wanted to say hello and I look forward to learning much more about a brand that I've never followed before!
Are there any go to vendors online to source OEM parts that anyone can recommend? Looking for OEM all weather mats right now. Thanks!

We had a couple of service issues and my wife wanted more luxury. While the room was great, the ride was terrible due to the 22 inch wheels and the build quality was not that great. Tahoe = truck turned into an suv.

I got mine middle of last week. Starfire Pearl with Ecru and Premium package.
Driving impressions so far, very nice ride, especially on the highway, on the local roads there is a bit of body roll as expected from an SUV with this kind of frame, but on the highway it's well worth it. At some point, I will get some snow and even a bit of off roading.

picked up my 2016 starfire pearl/black interior last friday and love it so far! i just love how high this car sits. my father has an 08 gx470, and this car feels 1000% improved in terms of ride quality and handling. the 08 has a very bouncy suspension while 16' feels a lot more stable, and the handling feels a lot stiffer as well which i like. (came from a sports car, 2011 mercedes c63 AMG)

New member here. Just picked up a CPO 2014 GX in claret mica and sepia; premium and nav packages.
Really liked the color combo and hadn't seen it anywhere else. I actually flew from LA to the Bay area for what I thought was a great deal and drove it back; $1800 less than comparable (black/black...which I wanted to avoid) from Newport Beach and $4,500 less than comparable (white/black) in San Diego.
Loving it so far. Had to get back to Lexus after spending 2.5 miserable years with a MB GL350.

Picked up her earlier this year. Still enjoy it very much. Expect a long term relationship.
The beautiful paint really shows deep and rich color that a luxury vehicle should have during the day. At night, the striking brightness and purity of LED headlights + LED fog-lamps simply put other vehicles into shame.
Surprised that Lexus is just asking so little for this solid and refined truck.
Just wish everyone else to drive a crossover/ car.
