On the wheel-well side, the bar is fully in the hinge mechanism? (the arm-rest should snap back into place)
And the latches are fully engaging the floor brackets?
The weight of the seat should be enough for the hinge to hold it. The floor bracket latches need a little force applied when dropping the seats down.
