Default I thought I would ask the crew!

About a year ago I was in a accident. Car cut me off, then slammed on his brakes. I had time to check right as I was braking,, so I ended up with some minor front end damage.
As I was getting the truck ready for winter, I noticed there were some silver bolts up along the fender liner, the visible ones were black and a allen or torx head. As I did more investigating, the right headlight (I paid for it incase 1 looked new and the other did not) has the same siler bolts that I know were black before. As took off some of the coves and checked the other whhel well, same silver screws! I stopped by and showed the production manager the right head light and he went inside, said he probably hase 1. As I discovered more, I called him, he said he has no idea where they came from, they ONLY have black bolts. I called the manager of the shop, he said the same thing! But told me to bring it by. Even underneath, the 2 visible bolte that were black, are now a bright shiny silver. I can get a pic if anyone wants to see. But a shop only having black bolts in their bins? He didnt say that when I showed him the headlight! I am going to do some more searching, but if anyone knows as a fact, or can look at the front wheel liners, all the bolts are black, correct? I know for a fact the right headlight was black, cause it doesnt match the left! The conveniently put the silver ones on the upper part of the fender, the visible ones are black.
