The crank pulley has a seal, so yes, that is a good sign. My Lexus report says same thing, Replaced water pump. Is that the kit? Seals, pulleys tensioners, when I do it, I do everything that is accessable, but hey thats me. Like I said my Lexus report Says Replaced Water pump.
I do have a sticker on the engine area with a matching mileage that timing belts come with. I sure would like to know what else was included. I am dealing with sinuses today, so sorry for asking, what mileage do they recommend?
If anyone else had theirs done at a dealer, did they give any options regarding the seals, pullys, tensioner?

I have same question however different scenario. I just bought GX and previous owner assured me that timing belt/water pump were replaced. GX has 91k miles on it and it also has a sticker on radiator cover stating milage and date of the belt replacement, it was done at 87k miles. Work was done by certified Toyota tech and not at the dealer, he had a receipt to prove it. Should this set my mind at ease?

Yes, I would say so. What makes it questionable?

I did not know the person I bought the vehicle from, sticker could be obtained and filled out by anyone although I read somewhere in this post that those stickers come in the box with new pump/belt/pulleys etc. I guess I'll believe it was done.

If you have a receipt you could contact the mechanic and double check?
