Going into low range and locking differential
If the vehicle is used exclusively on road, do you try to put your vehicle in low range or lock the differential from time to time on the appropriate surface of course to keep the mechanicals working properly?
I see on some 4wd forums that this is done on part time 4wd trucks, but I wonder if the same applies on full time trucks like the GX?

I'm on a dirt road about once a month, and if I remember I'll do this.
Does it help exercise things? Maybe.

Not so much low range, but CDL pretty frequently in the winter months. Want to make sure it's there if you need it.
