RX 330 tools to use

I'm planning to change my LH or driver side RX 330 valve cover gasket, but there's a plastic encasement on side or top of it
that is holding a wiring for spark plug which has two (2) bolt holding it and I don't know what tools to use to loosen this two bolts.
Does this bolt need a special tool, their sides are rounded and a small head top look like torx. Appreciate any help that I could get. Thanks

I don't have an answer for you but you need to post in the correct forum. Not in the sc430 forum
