Anyone has experienced on aftermarket calibers replacement for DIY on 2007 gx470? Lexus cost is way too high!

It is a very straight forward job. The caliper needs to be removed when change the front pads.

I have not changed the caliper yet. Try Rockauto.com for a decent one.

Any of the middle of the road ones on RockAuto will get the job done.

Most of the remans start off as Lexus/Toyota Calipers. I've had good luck with the O'Reilly Auto Parts house brands like Cardone and whoever they are using now. A word of advice, if you want them to look good after 2 weeks, buy them in advance and take some good caliper paint and hit them with a few coats before installation. The reman finish doesn't have any rust protection at all.
