Default 12v accessory plug

just purchased an 08 and noticed the 12v accessory plug that's next to the seat heaters doesn't work. Checked the fuse it's fine. Suggestions?

Did you check the fuse with an ohm meter or just look at it? Just sayin', ohm meter is the sure way. Also, double check to be certain you are looking at the correct fuse.
