Little button (slider) in center of AC vent? Where to find?

Little button (slider) in center of AC vent? Where to find?
My 2008 GX470 is missing one of the slider-buttons in the middle of one of the AC dash vents. Do I have to buy a whole new vent or is there a better source for one? Any repair ideas appreciated.

I am not sure removing the vent part, but parts diagram shows there may be a screw below the vent, probably have to pull the wood trim to access the screw.
The tab to control the vent direction is a one time thing when factory insert it there was a clip in the back (that breaks in time and the front falls off). arguably maybe able to glue the tab without the clip in the back. and the tab is not available on its own.
