Guys, can you please post more info on this on how you raised the front part of the passenger seat?

I just got a 2007 for the parents, they loved it but no one ever set in the front passenger seat! Mom is really not liking it because she feels like she is sliding down! I thought the seat was broken that she couldn't adjust it up/down on such a high-end Lexus until I realized she was right! It's actually pretty bad and it's definitely not comfortable feels like you are sliding down! How do I fix this? Which bolts to get? Is this something easy that I can do? I am not very mechanically inclined, but I've changed oil on a Nissan before lol
