Loud roar on left side of GX470
I am brand new to this site, however I need some help in trying to find out what's going on with my GX470. It's a 2003 and I just hit 125,000 miles. Over the past couple of months it has developed a loud roar on the left side that gets louder as I pick up speed. The kicker is that it doesn't do it what so ever when turning right? Any ideas on where to start would be greatly appreciated!

Wheel bearing is where I'd start too.
Does it change along with the speed or with the engine rpms? Because exhaust manifold leak is another possibility.

It is your right wheel bearing. It manifests in the opposite tire and goes away when you turn. You can just replace the wheel bearing but if you are a DIY kind of guy it is cheaper and better to ject replace the whole hub assembly. contact this guy. he assembles these. I have bought 2 from his and they are great.
