GX 470 Seatbelt / Seat belt assembly malfunction
Has anyone replaced their Seatbelt assembly on a 2004 GX 470 driver's side?
Mine reads sometimes, but other times I get the airbag warning light, so I need to replace it. Any idea what something like it would cost? I think I see the part I need listed for $70-$120.
Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Check with your dealer. I believe there is a lifetime warranty on seatbelts, per federal law.
Part cost is in the $40 range, if they won't pay for it. P/N 73240 is the buckle portion, which has the switch to tell the computer you're belted in. The seat will have to come out to give access to the bolt. The bolt probably is single-use, so you may have to replace it as well.

Note that unlike newer cars, the 2004 doesn't have seatbelt pre-tensioners that go off in an accident. So they're not there to be tested during startup by the airbag computer and won't cause a warning light. If you're getting an SRS warning it's probably from something else. Get the codes read.

There is for Honda. It's an internal policy.

"Internal policy"? What's that? So they'll warranty a discontinued seatbelt on an 88 CRX that's had 14 owners?
I've been in the auto industry for almost 15 years and have never worked for a manufacturer that had a lifetime warranty on any component.
Edit; called Honda. Covers normal wear and tear of the seat belt itself and the retractors. Interesting, but a moot point since it's not a Honda nor does Honda cover electrical seatbelt components for life.
