Default All new brakes...shaking persists

First a huge thank you to everybody on the site. Because of you guys and the and the DIYs I did a complete brake change on my GX.

Part of the reason I changed the brakes was due to shaking upon applying brakes. I figured it was a warped rotor.

I just completed a complete brake change consisting of:
Rebuilt Calipers Front and Rear
New Centric rotors Front and Rear
New Centric Ceramic pads Front and Rear
Flushed fluid

I made sure the hubs were brushed down / clean as well as properly torqued the wheels.

Unfortunately the shaking is still there. Now I'm thinking it might be a bearing.

Truck is an 05 with 113k on it. Anybody have a similar shaking issue? If so, what is a possible cause (aside from a bad centric rotor which I don't think is the case since the shaking is similar to before and after the change).

front lower ball joints or outer tie rods could be possible causes

Along with the possibilities posted above, it sounds like it could also be a wheel balance issue. Have each mounted wheel verified and rebalanced before pulling ball joints and tie rod ends or bearings. It will cost you 30$ on average and could potentially be the culprit.

The shudder associated with the brakes is only there when you apply the brakes. Other issues like balance and bearings would be a constant when moving.

That's exactly correct Alan. ONLY when the brakes are applied. That's why I ruled out wheel balance as well.

Would a bad wheel bearing exhibit this behavior (only upon braking)?

The thing that's throwing me off is that it did the same thing before/after the brake change so I'm inclined to rule out a bad rotor.

I'm going to lift it later today to check all 4 bearings. After that it's going into the shop.

Need more inputs. Is it a Steering Vibration ?? And what Speed is the vibration occurrence ( is it " 55-65mph) Can you feel the vibration at the floorboard when maintaining steady speeds of 55-75 mph. As there are two different conditions.

Do you hear a slight hum in the front tires at highway speeds that goes away when you turn left or right? Thatisthe easiest way to check for a bad bearing also check your CV boots for integrity and lastly check your differential for leaks (might have to take the skid plate down).

Vibration is primarily in the steering wheel upon application of brakes. While cruising everything is smooth. At lower speeds, I can notice it but only barely. It's far worse at speeds of 60MPH+

I'll try and listen for humming from the bearings. This car has some pretty good sound insulation but I'll see if I notice with the windows down.

if you are feeling it in the steering wheel when you apply brakes...it has got to be the rotors or the calipers...double check those rebuilt calipers, who knows, maybe one is still not working corretly.

I remember that when one of my calipers was dragging and it would overheat the rotor and in which shake and after it got warm
