I'm going to need tires for my 2005 GX in about 6,000 to 10,000 miles. I have 265/65R 17 on it now, but found a good price on some very low mile take offs in a 265/70R 17 and was wondering how they might work. They are the Michelin LTX MS2 and I'm thinking that they are just a little wider and should work fine without any interference but ? What do you guys think ?

yes they work. they are actually just a little taller not wider.

That's what I have all around (and the one underneath). I don't have any rub and I like the way it looks, fills the wells better. It does cause your speedo to be off by a bit.

Yes. I run 265/70-17 Yoko Geolandar. Very noticeable difference. Love it!

yes sir they will fit perfect... put these on today. No rubbing and they look really nice in there.

Those look great ! I've always liked the look with the white letters facing out. The tires I found got sold before I was able to get there so I'll keep on looking, but it's nice to know the size will work well, Thanks

thanks... I've always liked white letters out too on 4x4s and muscle cars.

Here's another shot I took today after changing the oil, giving her a bath and throwing the top box on ready for some T-day family travel. I also scrubbed the blue off those letters... that blue is tough to get off.
