Largest size spare tire under the truck?

I tried searching but to no avail, Im wanting to know whats the largest size spare you can fit under the truck? Im looking to stuff a 285/70 under there if possible and I do have an aftermarket hitch.

I think you can fit a 285 if you air it down

Gotcha! Thats kinda what I was thinking, maybe even do some trimming to make it fit better.
