Default ECU reset after Air fuel ration sensors replaced.

Hi,

I completed replacing Air Fuel ratio sensors as a result of P0031 and P0051 errors codes detected.
Should I bring it to the Dealership to re-program? The check engine light is still on after replacing two front sensors. I had originals, Toyota sensors installed.
Also I replaced fhe fuel cap and the relay already.
We tried to reset the codes after sensors replaced but the codes coming again right away.It is frustrating a bit to figure that out.

The reset was done with the OBD connection diagnostic tool interface.

I would try disconnecting the battery.. but, the OBII scanner should reset the DTC's... mite not have solved your problem with the sensor replacement.

Could it be the alternator that causing this codes showing up. I did replace mine sometime ago before codes appeared.
Intialy there was 4 codes, two for front sensors and two for the rear. I replaced the rear O2 sensors and the codes dissapered but with the replaced front sensors the codes are still present.

I ended up replacing af relay that I replaced some time ago before replacing sensors.
I swapped af relay with the dome cabin light relay. The funny thing was that dome cabin light wasn't working anymore after I placed relay from af.
After disconnecting and connecting the battery the warning engine check light and other warning lights next to it turned off.
Driving today to work the warning lights came back again. I will be checking replaced relay to make sure it is working. If it is not then I guess thre is some sort of electircal issue. I will keep you posted.
