Default Powerseat rail issue (pic)

Do anyone know how to push this back in?

Seat seems to move fine but pretty sure this is important. Is this to retain the ball bearings?

Is your pic of the front of the seat or back of seat. My 2004 gx 470 had a rod that came out when the seat was moved back it did not seem to harm anything. I had a full extended warranty and the replaced the seat rail on the passengers side closest to the console

It's a front passenger seat of 2004 Gx too so it sounds like exactly what happened to yours except no warranty.
This is a plastic guide that moves with the seat solid as a unit as I power it back and forth

I think maybe pushed back but seem like a fragile part

Unfortunately Lexus does not separately sell this plastic guide for the seat rail. The same thing happened to my passenger seat, and Lexus had to replace the whole bottom seat assembly - fortunately under warranty.
