Do you guys know how to take off and reinstall the trim piece on the rear door that is chrome and has a rubber water strip that fits against the window. it's part number 10 in the picture below. Thanks,

I've never done it, but my guess is that you have to remove the door card (the interior piece), then use a wrench (open-closed end kind) to remove the bolts. Once you've done that, roll the window down and lift it off from the outside.
