Just purchased an 08 with KDSS with 135,000 miles. I hope to get 200,000 out of her as I only put around 10,000 miles a year on a vehicle. Seems like she's in great shape and runs like a dream. Over the next few months I'll be doing routine stuff like spark plugs, oil changes, new michelins and such.

Gone!! 280K original miles and traded 2 weeks ago on a new F150 Platinum. would have stuck with a lexus but their interface and electronics and styling are going down hill for the GX.

I totally agree, nothing beats the timeless look of the original GX. That's why it was so hard to actually get rid of mine and move to something else. The new styling is horrible and I seriously looked at it but to me it was boxy and too many square corners. Plus the electronics package is barely out of 2000. Very disappointed in Lexus designers.

Me too, I couldn't find myself to get rid of the rig. Not liking the new generation GX.

I have to say, with this VAIS bluetooth module installed, the old tech package doesn't bother me as much. The maps are clunky, but I don't know many people who use car-side navigation any longer. Mine's got ~123k miles on the odometer and I could see keeping it for a long time.

I am at 109.000 and I use a garmin zumo for better navigation instead of the factory which allows me to pair my phone to the garmin and make and receive calls via blue tooth.

I've got 216K, just bought it. Not sure how long I will keep it, maybe 300k is a good goal? So far I'm loving how capable it is offroad, and my wife loves it too (although perhaps more for mall cruising lol). Such a capable rig, and we got it for dirt cheap too, only ~$5k!

How do you like the F-150 so far--Im gonna sell my GX (98,000) and get a 2018 Limited 150, the Electronics/technology in the F-150 is SO FAR ahead of most lexus vehicles it simply amazes me that Lexus is so far behind in that area

Thats what I hear especially in the rear! Everyone on the ford forum are installing bilstiens 5100's on the rear--you can put the 5100's on the front too and they are adjustable to a max of 2" increase or leave at stock height---Raise some if you want to take some rake out and level it out a little!

Yup , I am gonna lower it 2/3 inches , that's 2 in front and 3 at rear , so I can utilize the bed like I do with my Silverado , it's insulting what the manufactures have done to the trucks design , it's not made for working people , it's made to look good for city folks

I just bought my 2008 in March with 123k. Already put 10k on it. I plan on keeping it for a pretty long while. I'll probably see what I want to do come next timing belt change (~220k).
