Sewell Parts
I have a question. So the GX I bought is coming up on it's 90,000 service soon. I know that a lot of people here are able to do this service themselves, but I am not. I have zero mechanical ability and do not have the means to do it even if I was. I know we get a discount from Sewell--which I have used and absolutely LOVE--Sewell is awesome. My question is, if I buy the 90K miles service package, will my dealer do the labor stuff if I provide the package parts? Are dealers willing to do that?

I've heard some dealers will match prices with Sewell, but most won't. My guess is 99 out of 100 would say no to either price matching or using parts not purchased through them.
If you're going to have an independent shop do it, I would just buy the Aisin kit, it's basically the same exact parts, they just come in a different box at about half the price.

I asked my service guy at my dealership, and he said he would totally do the service with the parts. He even said if I can show him proof of pricing, he could price match, too.
