Default Free part!

I have an extra cargo net clip, from when I replaced one that was missing.

This is P/N 64725D, which you can see here:

http://lexus.sewellparts.com/oem-cat...X470-2004.html

You can't get it individually - it only comes as part of the net kit. Which isn't expensive, but costs more than free. Comes with the matching bolt P/N 62579.

PM me² if you are missing one of yours¹ and would like to stop getting torn up by the exposed screw threads every time you reach into the cargo area.

Chip H.

¹ I'd rather this went to someone who needs it, and not to someone who is going to toss it in their weird parts bucket "just in case".

² I think I'm past the probationary period by now and can receive them.

That's nice of you.

Just an FYI to anyone needing one or two, Lexus does sell the hooks individually. Sewell sometimes doesn't carry parts like that, not sure why??

The part numbers are:
Gray interior: 6472560020B0
Tan interior: 6472560020A0

My local dealer couldn't get them individually. Ehh, maybe someone else's can.
Offer still stands.

It's black. Is your remaining one gray? The dealer didn't offer me a color choice...

Just to make sure we're talking about the same part - they're located on the sides of the rear cargo opening, about a foot up. Just below where the roller cover would slot, if you don't have the 3rd row seats.

They're designed to hold onto the elastic loops of the cargo net, or maybe a shopping bag.

Mine are black too. Either they upgraded to color clips or those are not the clips in the diagram from Sewell.

Ho do you install the clip? I searched for a break in the side panel to be removed and couldn't clearly see how it could be done. I also tried reaching behind the jack-stand compartment door and unfortunately that doesn't get me up far enough to reach the backside of the screw hole...

I had the screw already -- I just needed the plastic clip.

I haven't had one of the side panels off yet. I would look for any screws down in cubby holes, remove the bottom lip of the cargo opening (the part with the ridges), remove the door gasket, and then (very!) carefully pull.
