Not sure what all is involved w/ their treatment but you can buy this and do it yourself.

Rip off to pay the dealer to do it, but I have used the above Toyota can treatment and it did make a difference.

Very easy DIY, just basically get under the car, stick the can nozzle into the AC drain hose (you can find it by looking for where the water drips out when the AC is running) and shoot it up there. The instructions are on the can.
