Rear heating system in my Lexus GX470 only blows cold air, what could be the problem. Front heater works fine.

the rear system is not for heat, it is AC, heat comes from ducts under driver and passenger seats, they are on the floor.

Alan are you sure? There is a temp button that if you go to the left it turns cold and to the right it turns hotter. How hot i don't recall but my kids told me that it did get warmer or hotter then what its blowing now. Anyone else can verify if Alan is correct. Thanks Alan.
