Default NAV DVD Player & Passenger Seatbelt Warning

2 issues:

1. Has anyone removed the NAV DVD player from under the passenger seat? I know I can just start removing screws until it comes free, but I'm open to any tips. The DVD is not being read and the disk won't eject. I have accessed the Service Menu, and it does show some disk info, but I don't think it is actually reading it from the disk itself.

2. I noticed the seatbelt warning light blinking near the passenger's knee even when the seatbelt is fastened. Any suggestions? It could be that I messed something up while playing around with the DVD player under the seat.

Thanks!

8 month bump to the top.

Still living with non-working NAV and the seat belt indicator.

I have played around with the service menu without screwing up but didn't see anything that might apply. By RSE do you mean Rear Seat Entertainment? I don't have that.

Today I unplugged everything from the underseat Denso unit, let it sit about 10 minutes, plugged it all bag together with no change.

I'm going to be away from the computer about 6 hours but I'll check back this evening.

Check your email. Make sure u disconnect the battery negative terminal first while doing the seat harness below the seat track for disconnection

My apologies for not seeing your post since 2012. Hopefully it would get sorted out.
