Can I replace my lights with Hella modular lights?
Hi
I was having a look at this page http://www.myhellalights.com/index.p...lamps/modules/ and was wondering if any of those would fit the low and high beams on a GX.
I'll be mounting four Hella 4000i compact Xenon on the roof anyway but can't use them in town or around any other cars so I would really like to upgrade the standard lights legally.
Any ideas?
Eric

how do I know which one will fit? They have 52 mm, 60 mm, 90 mm etc
Also, doesn't necessarily have to be HID
These here I would love to know if they fit http://www.myhellalights.com/index.p...-led-low-beam/
How can I find out if they do? Do I have to pull my low beams out and measure them?

I didnt have the time to do the retro on my GX but Ive done it on several of my other vehicles. You have to make a mounting bracket out of a sheet of aluminum and adjust from there. Its not hard just time consuming if you want everything to look stock.
Doubt it. Theres car manf' using LEDs for lowbeams but theyd probably cost an arm and a leg. All of the aftermarket LED headlights (if you can find any) are not worth spending money on because the output if probably very weak. At the moment nothing beats HIDs.
