I just had a new evaporator installed in our 03 Gx 470, and now it is making a gurggling, bubbling type sound while the air conditioner runs, it almost sounds like air is in the system. Any ideas before we take it bake in to the shop???

PM me your email...I will send you the instructions, just check the installation, to me it looks you have missed a seal replacement.

before you take it back to the shop, check for low coolant. they would have to disconnect coolant lines to the heater core to remove air box (to get to evaporator). either way, if the noise wasn't there before, your shop needs to fix it.
