Thanks for the kind word. The player in the middle console is the DVD Player, part of the rear seat entertainment system. My CD changer is in the glovebox just like yours

your "baby" seems to be well kept from the previous owner.
one suggestion though, replace the floor mats.
Yeah, the floor mats bug me a little. Any suggestion for the floor mats and where to get them? Anyway, I also prefer the GX470 look but the new GX460 is very nice.

I have the weathertechs, but this link takes you to the catch-all mats which are a carpeted version of the weathertechs, carpet, heel pad and molded edges to prevent run off. I used these on my tahoe many years ago, OEM color carpet with all the protection of the molded style. Looked great

Got a 4 piece set from Costco for $15. Great quality and goes very well with my tan interior.
I was considering Husky, but couldn't justify the cost compared to the one in Costco. Last weekend I noticed that they were additional $5 off so it is only $10 now.

Very nice car you got there and a very good deal too. Looks almost like mine.

Matsui, would you post some pics of the mats you've got. I have Costco membership, maybe Ill check it out. Is there a brand name for the mats? Thanks.

I'll take some pictures when I get home this evening.
I don't remember the brand, but they probably carry the same one in all their stores.

The mats are dirty because of salt and snow, but they provided good level of protection.

That's a great bargain Matsui!
anyway, whether it's the Lexus or the Toyota,
my approach for all our vehicles is to buy a " disposable" floor mats. around 50 bucks or less and then change it every year.

Ancient, thanks for your help. I got the homelink button working now. It's simple, press the learn button on the garage and then choose one of the three homelink button in the car and hold it until you see the garage light start flashing. That's it.

Default you'll enjoy it for years

I have same color and year. Mine still looks brand new also, despite much winter driving in Colorado and the Northeast. Follow the owner manual instructions for programming the garage door settings -- if I managed to do it anyone can. This has been the most reliable, trouble free vehicle I've ever owned -- I switched from owning BMWs for 17 years to Lexus and never regretted it. I get mine detailed by the dealer every 6 months to keep it looking brand new, and have them put in synthetic oil. I'm at 90k miles now. I also switched tires a year ago to the Michelin LTX M/S 2, a very quiet tire with exceptional traction in really bad weather. I use the all weather mats and our third row seats have been out and stored since the day we brought it home. I had custom covers made for the middle row by a California company for my peace of mind when my Aussie is in the car. I hope your driving takes you beyond Texas so you can experience how well this vehicle handles in really bad weather -- other than a Texas thunderstorm. You made a great purchase.
