Default A Loyal GX470 Owner...Coming Up On The 90K Service---Shop time and labor

Getting ready for 90k service...wondering what the magic book states about labor and time to complete. Yes, I am going to replace water pump just to be on the safe side. Replace both tension pulleys as well.

Feedback is greatly appreciated.

I paid 750 for the timing belt, water pump and lube drive shaft. Got a price from Toyota and offered Lexus the opportunity to meet it. They did.

ALAN553, where did you have it done for $750 in NJ? I paid 1100 at Toyota for the service on my 4Runner. On my GX, the water pump failed at 70K so Lexus good willed it. I ended up paying just $500 for the timing belt/labor.

If Lexus was covering your waterpump than it shouldnt have cost $500 for the timing belt since the labor is already part of the water pump.
