What did you do to your GX TODAY?

I just replaced my pass side mirror actuator. The old one was moving only horizontally.
I found a brand new OEM mirror actuator on Ebay for $80. Replacement took about 15 mins.
The hardest part was to disconnect the cable from the old actuator, since the plug is not clearly visible.
Now it's working like new. $80 and 15mins of my time - not bad at all.
Next will be... new spark plugs.

I just had mine replaced also at 100K. The front-driver's side wheel bearings seems to wear out between 95K-105K miles.
Easiest to tell is if you're hearing a 'droning' noise (similar sounds as if a wheel is misaligned) from that area as you pick up speed (40 MPH+) which 'disappears' as you steer right.
Cheers,
Kermee

Looks great!
Nice job on the plate but what I really liked was seeing your GX in native mode. Great pictures....I need to find a place to let mine 'walk about'. They are great for driving around town but just like a Border Collie, sometimes they need to go to the ranch and do some work!

Oops, my comment about the plate actually pertains to the 1st set of pics in Florida but those Hella's look great. I need to put an HID kit in mine. The stock headlights just don't seem like they are as bright as I would like. I guess xenondepot is the place to shop.

Ordered a set of new "Digital Fit" (really?) Weathertech floor mats to replace the old rubbery Weathertech floor mats that came with the truck. The old ones were filthy--black on the ribs--and I had to use mineral spirits to get it off. Once re-installed, they got black again in two days. Sheesh!
