What did you do to your GX TODAY?

Flushed the transmission, installed Cadillac horns, and a solid wash/wax.
A few weeks ago I sprayed it with Fluid Film. The smell was horrible for about 2 weeks but it's faded a lot by now.

A small job, one side took half an hour the next one took 15 minutes. Easy really to remove the running boards once you find those little plastic clips!
A shot of it with and one without. It looks much more ready for the off road excursion coming up!

Gave the GX a lot of love today... I changed the spark plugs and oil, rotated the tires and had the front 2 windows re-tinted because the passenger side was peeling.

I replaced the 3 year old battery with a new one. I hate being stranded, so I just replace them on a 3 year schedule rather than waiting for a no-start to tell me it's time. :-/
The previous owner had installed a 24F, which is OK for California or Texas, but Lexus calls for a 27F, which you'll want for colder climates anyway.
I went with an AutoZone Duralast Gold, since there are little differences between brands - there's only a few companies that make them in the US (Interstate and Johnson Controls come to mind) so there's little point buying a super-special brand for a plain old lead-acid cell. Especially since it'll get replaced in 3 years anyway.
I also ordered new OEM headlights from Lexus. I went with the regular (non-sport) ones so it'd be a good match with the rest of the lenses. I looked at the reports of the Depo-brand lenses on places like the BMW forums, and just couldn't go cheap.
They should be here in a week or two, and I'll try and remember to take photos.

First time poster. Bought me a 2004 w/Navi last week(still has original lexus pen with manual...yea!!). I plan on keeping it stock as a smooth people mover for now(just had a baby). It's getting darker tint and remote start soon. northern Utah has both harsh summers and winters. I've been enjoying everyone's post on their projects; giving me a lot of inspiration for the future.

Got a screw removed from the tire and a patch applied. This makes 2 since I got the Michelin LTXs - luckily, Costco has free repairs.
All the construction in Austin means the roads are littered with nails & debris.

Replaced the front rotors and pads with centric rotors and hawk pads. Broke in the pads per hawk's specifications. Seem great so far. Also disabled the stupid TPMS light on the dash. Replacing sensors IMHO is a waste of $. Next on the list is a rear spoiler for my black '04 GX

Had the timing belt, water pump, idlers, tensioner, and CV axles replaced today at 94k. Used Napa MaxDrive axles. I over looked an HD option which meant it had upgraded boots on them.
I'll do the plugs this weekend.

You get your truck 94k miles job done by yourself, local shop or lexus dealer ? And how much does it cost if you get it done by someone else? Do you mind telling me about that? B/c my truck is almost hit 90k miles soon and I would like to get WP and Timing belt done by local shop. Thanks!

I didn't do this myself because I had to replace a radiator around 80k that was just slightly dripping.
That was such a PITA that I didn't want to do it again in order to do the timing belt as it would have to be removed once more.
I paid a shop to do it.(non dealer) Supplied my own parts, FIPG, and coolant. They charged me $375.00 for T/B and wp. But I ended up paying $550 total for both the T/B and both cv axles.
Again I supplied my own parts. I used Napa Maxdrive axles and I'm not getting any ABS/VSC lights.
