What did you do to your GX TODAY?

Temperature was above freezing for the first time in weeks (or is it months?). Checked the center differential oil level. It took one squirt. Guess the o-ring leak isn't too bad yet. The last time the oil level was checked was in early Jan. when the emissions test was done. May try the o-ring replacement on Monday if we're not under water here.

Grill is dry and ready to install.
Used black Plasti-dip with Plasti-dip blue metalizer over black on the badge. Badge looks brighter in the picture. I guess the 'sparklies' are not camera shy. In natural light, the badge is gunmetal blue with a hint of sparkle. From some angles the badge looks gloss black. Stopped after four coats of metalizer on the badge. My GX is dark blue, so the color looked about right after the fourth coat.
THANK YOU GreggyG for the info on the metalizer!
Found that Plasti-dip is not messy to use. Not much over spray. It's heavy so it doesn't travel far in the air.
INSTALLED
EDIT:
Oh Great! Now we're supposed to get hail tonight. Garage is full - project in progress. Let's see how virgin Plasti-dip handles hail.

I took it up to the ridge road to watch a movie with my misses. I was impressed with how sure footed it feels with the Duratrac's. She wouldn't let me climb anything too gnarly in the dark though.
I still need to ditch the running boards while she's not looking.

So far, they are great. I've only had them a few weeks and they are from a 2013 FJ Cruiser so it's quite early to tell. The Duratracs do put some vibration in the steering from 40-50 MPH so I need to talk to Discount Tire about that.
The drive in is the 12" aftermarket display the PO installed in place of the 2nd row dome light/audio module. I had to turn the bass to -5 since we were lying next to the sub while watching the movie.

I can smell the pine needles and is that a hint of sagebrush?
