Searched the site and can't seem to find the install instructions. Does anyone have step by step with pics?

Try this link - I used this as a guide when I installed my VAIS last fall. It's worth buying a set of interior trim removal tools IMO - there's some gently prying to do, and the risk of scratching or gouging the trim pieces. I went slowly and carefully and got the job done with no problems. The VAIS is wonderful
