The power button turns on the audio deck, radio, cd tape all show working but no audio through speakers. It was intermittent, now not working at all. Audio selection on nav system and select sound no bars show up for balancing levels.

Is this a amp problem? If so does any one have spare parts and some instruction on replacement?

I've never seen or heard of this problem but I hink AMP would be a good first start. I would also check your fuses too (interior and engine compartment).

this is same problem i got on my 03 GX. i can see thru the nav that i can turn on the radio/tape or CD changer but no sound. the scan wont stop either even if you hit several times and the only way to stop it is to turn it off for good. i noticed this problem on my GX only two weeks ago. i checked all the fuses that has something to do with it and everything is fine. amcb...any luck on your GX? pls advise, appreciate it a lot. thnx....

I have the same year and car as you, but i've had this problem for well over a year now... still haven't found a solution... If u feel like bringing it back to the dealership and spend around $1k to fix it, imo, you would be wasting your money :\ If i ever find a solution to this problem, i will definitely share it with the forum and help you out as well.
