got the clunk fixed! they replaced the driveshaft. Also, i had moderate steering wheel vibrations between 60-70mph and they balanced and aligned my car. All services were done at no cost! South County Lexus of Mission Viejo is excellent with customer service! best experience ever!

yes, i feel the "clunk" when coming to a stop in mine. Its not terrible, but noticable.... what is the protocol for having this repaired? is it something the dealership will do under warranty? if not, what is the cost of repair? Any help from folks who have had this done is appreciated!

x2 to the "clunck" repair question above. We just picked up an 08 with 24K and it does the same thing.. assume this is under warranty? how long do they need the vehilce for?
thanks..

Just read your comment about the "clunk" in the drive shaft. Just bought a 2007 GX470 and it had a slight clunk that the independent dealer told me he took care of, but now it seems to be coming back. Was this a recall problem with this car?
