Navigation upgrade - 5.1 to 10.1 what to expect

I saw some references that the newer DVDs may also contain firmware upgrades.

I am really hoping for a Bluetooth firmware upgrade because my Bluetooth performance is just awful currently.

i upgraded mine from 3.1 to 10.1, the only thing that i noticed is more street. There is a OEM bluetooth on GX ? I didn't know that.

yes, i have it on my 2006. i think it came on the seen either in '05 or '06.

hmmm, interesting. i think what i might do is set-up my tripod and hdslr and go screen by screen before and after to determine any changes. also, if i can figure out how to access the diagnostics mode i want to determine if there is a version number with the firmware stack on the nav/BT.
