Finally Curt hitch on my 2003 GX too!
What a great thread!
I followed this thread and managed to install the curt hitch, two relays PT 90987-02025, green relay PT#81985-60021, and wiring harness HM43374 from trailer.
Everything plum 'n play. Finally my GX is ready to tow after 12-years
Really thankful to you all for sharing crucial details.

Hi,
I got the relay in the front as you suggested, but I only get one. Because the other one labeled Battery charger, so I did not get 2. Now I have the voltage at the 4 pins connector when the head light is turn on, but the signal lights still did not work. I try to find the green relay connector but have a hard time to remove the jack in the compartment. I just have a question. Is this relay is needed for the signal lights to work?
Thanks for the help in advance.

As I said my truck is a 2004 There was only a open connector in the tailight housing that would not accept the green relay. I needed to install two relays in the relay box under the hood there was provision for two relays in mine
I will take a picture of my relays I installed and send it to you on tuesday or wed
