Enjoy your XenonDepot HID kit GeneE! Thanks for taking the time to post some feedback. I am a fan of 3000k HID in the fogs as well =)

They sure do not look like yellow?? Can you get a better Pict Gene?

Yo STEVE, I may have to try some 3K HID Bulbs for my fogs to see if I like them over my 5K

The white wire to gray wire worked like a charm.
Here's a pic of my light housing and cap mod.
I drilled the cap with a 5/8 bit then trimmed away the grommet in the kit removing about 60% of its diameter, then I squeezed wires and grommet into hole just like it was made for it all.
Very neat install as you can see.
The lights are 3000K.
I wanted yellow because yellow light adds definition.
Very good light projection about 2 1/2-3x factory deep and wide;
and can see easily in regular dark
and big improvement in rain. Minimal refection off water. Nice improvement well worth the cost and efforts.
Gene! You ever get any more pictures of your HID 3K foglights? I would love to see some clear pictures of the Hid 3K on your GX.

I got hit in my bumper last weak and trashed on of my Foglights so now Im modding the Foglight Cap like you did (drilling 5/8 hole) and making a neater install without all that RTV I did at first lol
