I've just driven my 2003 from Oregon to Iowa for the fourth time in recent years. The vehicle performs flawlessly, like a Lexus, except for one gripe - seat comfort. Were it not for excellent chiropractic care, driving this vehicle across country would not be possible. Relative to my other cars, the driver power seat has minimal adjustments, the passenger seat has almost none (except for forwards and backwards). Has anyone had similar experiences? Are there replacement power seats?

I am very surprised that you dont feel comfortable in your seat. I drove both my GX and GS 1000 miles and its been most comfortable ride. As far as passenger seat, yes I have to agree that it has limited options. I dont know exactly what you can do, but my friend just made custom brackets and rails for his MBZ ML.

I had a 2006 GX that I drove from NYC to Denver, CO (and back) during summer vacation 3 years in the row. No complaints with regards to seat comfort, neither from myself, my wife and my kid.

That's the first thing I noticed the first time I drove the GX470, the seat is amazingly comfortable.
