I recently bought a pair of JDM PRADO (Genuine TOYOTA) tail lights. Does anyone here know how to rewire or modify these tail lights ??? Please Help !!!!

Try going on to Ih8mud, you might be able to get some help there.

if they cant help you just post up some pictures of the back of the lights the old oem lights and the new ones and you might be able to get some help on here.

sorry for butting into your thread here, but i needed some help....not trying to upgrade to those sweet prados, but i had an aftermarket hitch and wiring installed and they jerry-rigged it to the tail light and i think it fried my tail light last weekend. i tried to remove it to check it out, and removed the two bolts visible when you open the back door, but the light seemed to be attached even after removing those bolts. didnt wanna force it, so i aborted.

if you have any info to help with getting the taillight off, i'd greatly appreciate it.

ok you need to push it with a little force towards the back of the vehicle because they are attached to 2 clips on the quarter panel side.
