i'm trying to figure out how to change the rear windshield wiper blade for the gx470. i'm afraid to snap something out of its place.

Remove the black plastic cover at the base of the wiper arm. It snaps off. Then the wiper arm can lock in outward position.The piece at the bottom that covers the nut that connects the arm to the motor comes off and on without a problem. The replacement cost 3-4$ for the blades.

Or you could just get a standard 6mm fitment blade and cut it to size. Thats what I did.
