Certainly. You can buy the bootleg techstream program off Amazon and program the key yourself.

Keys for 03 Lexus ES300

I only had 1 key and I lost it. How can I get a key made for my Lexus? Can someone please help? Right now, I am unable to do anything with my car. It is just sitting in the parking lot because I have no keys to access my car. Please help!

You are going to have to have it towed to Toyota dealership or Lexus to get this taken care of. It will be expensive too. Sorry.
