Default Ride quality with 20's or 22's?

Hey guys,

Just picked up a brand new 08 GX Black w/ grey interior. I want to put some new wheels but am curious how much the ride quality will be affected compared to stock with either 20s or 22s. Thanx in advance!!

with bigger wheels and low profile tires the big downfall will be that you will feel the road more. Your car will lose that soft ride.
Posts pics if you decide to do it!

Any time that you get bigger wheels, you are making a sacrifice: braking ability decreases, as well as the quality of the ride. Personally, I feel that it is a small price to pay for such a noticeable difference on your vehicle. I currently have 22's on Toyo Proxes 265/45/R22 tires. I still absolutely cherish the ride quality in the vehicle, so I don't feel that there was too much sacrificed. Additionally, the braking is still very good. If you are really concerned about it, I would recommend the 20's. Otherwise, go for the 22's! They'll put a smile on your face every time you see your car - and they'll set it apart from the crowd. Good luck!
